Kids Camp & Children’s Registration

A delightfully fun Camp Wicosuta-led Kid’s Camp at the NE WHC!

For children ages 5 to 12, Kids Camp provides the opportunity for children to attend the NE Women’s Herbal Conference and to have a ‘camp of their own’. It is a cherished and important tradition, and we love that there are kids who have “grown up at the Kids Kamp”, graduated to Circle within a Circle (teen program) and are now bringing their babies! Children will have so much fun playing, swimming, making friends, and learning about the plants!

Children’s Registration is very limited.  Please register early (last year it was filled in March) to ensure your child can attend.

Kid’s Camp is limited to 40 children, and all children between the ages of 5 and 12 must be pre-registered with Kids camp to attend the NE WHC. At the conference, all children must either be with their parents at all times or in Kids Camp. During workshops and evening activities, children may attend as long as they are with you and listening quietly. An adult must be with children at all times when children are not in Kids Camp. There is no childcare available for children under 5. Boys 9 years and younger are welcome to register. If over 9, boys are not invited to attend the NE WHC or the Kid’s Camp.  If you have any further questions, please contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding.

Upon registering your child, you will be emailed a form outlining your responsibilities and medical form, as well as  at the Women’s Herbal Conference as well as a medical form.  In order for your child to attend the NE WHC both of these forms must be signed by the start of the conference.  Without these signed forms your child will not be able to attend and his or her deposit will be refunded as outlined in our refund policy. Thank you.

If you have any special skills that you’d like to offer Kids Camp such as story-telling, skits, building fairy houses, leading kids herb walks, etc. please email Melanie at

We look forward to your child joining us at the WHC Kids Kamp.
They are a delight and a very special gift.
